By accessing or using services provided by Lab4Code, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Lab4Code builds software tools and integrations focused on developer productivity and workflow automation. We try to open source as much of our code as possible.

3. Code Release Policy

We release code publicly whenever possible. If code is publicly released, the LICENSE file in that repository defines what is allowed.

4. Prohibited Use

• Illegal activities
• Security abuse, malware, or unauthorized access
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Fraudulent or misleading behavior

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lab4Code is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Jurisdiction is Bolzano/Bozen, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
